The Inner Work of Leadership I Virginia

What to Expect
May 31 - June 4, 2026 | Virginia
4 Days

Group Size: 8-12

The core of what we bring to any Leadership role is who we are as a person, our inner constitution, our values, our beliefs, our energy.

Can we stay calm in the face of a storm? How do we process our emotions in challenging situations?

What is our deeper intent? Why do we do what we do, and does it inspire people around us to follow us as a leader?

We will pursue these and other profound questions that shape our interactions with the people around us. We will learn tested tools from ancient traditions that support us in centering our mind, inspiring with our heart, and consciously directing our intent in order to become more aware and impactful leaders.  With a small group of 8-12 participants we will create an optimal learning community to journey and explore together in a safe and supportive space.

The intention is to arrive on the first evening curious -- and to depart on the fourth day with a deeper knowing of who we are as a leader and what is our individual work.

We will explore various tools, leaving with resources that will help us in increasing our awareness and our impact as a leader.
