Inner Work of Leadership Retreat - May/June 2026
From late May into early June (May 31 - June 4, 2026), we will explore the Inner Work of Leadership at Fort Lewis Lodge and Farm nestled in the beauty of Bath County, Virginia. This is our first retreat in the mid-Atlantic and will follow the arc of past retreats, with a 4-day experiential leadership immersion for a small cohort. The intention is to arrive on the evening of the 31st of May curious -- and to depart on the fourth of June with a deeper knowing of who we are as a leader and what is our individual work.
Inner Work of Leadership Retreat - Sept. 2026
In September 2026, we return to Alnoba in Kensington, NH for our third Inner Work of Leadership Retreat from September 23-27, 2026. As with our prior retreats, this 4-day immersive experience will take shape with a small cohort surrounded by the Fall’s unfolding in the rolling hills of the Alnoba property in the Northeast. The intention is to arrive on the first evening curious -- and to depart on the fourth day with a deeper knowing of who we are as a leader and what our individual work is.
Inner Work of Leadership Retreat - October 2024
In October 2024, we gathered a diverse group of global leaders for our second retreat at Alnoba. This marked a deepening of The Inner Work of Leadership, as we fully integrated embodiment throughout the experience. Somatic practices, movement, and time in nature were woven into every aspect of the offering, supporting leaders to move beyond insight alone and into felt, lived integration of new ways of being and leading.
Inner Work of Leadership Retreat - June 2022
In June 2024, we quietly launched The Inner Work of Leadership with an intimate inaugural retreat at Alnoba in Kensington, New Hampshire. Senior leaders from global organizations gathered for a reflective, generative experience centered on presence, self-awareness, and leading in complexity—setting the tone and foundation for the retreat as it continues to evolve.
